Central Equatoria Animal Resource and Fisheries Minister called on the community of Ngangala in Lirya Payam to increase crops production and animal rearing.
Gerald Lokom told interested people who want to rear animals to register to get government assistance, Bakhita Radio reported.
He said rearing animals is another way of generating income to the family.
Mr Lokom advised elders to talk to their girls to behave well in the community.
He warned girls against indecent dressing.
Mr Lokom urged the army in the Payam to behave well and avoid abusing girls and women.
