Yei River County Information Inspector told media practitioners to report development issues than concentrating on cattle rustling and killing that spoil the image of the country abroad.
Ephraim Jomo Michael on Wednesday said South Sudan is a virgin country with many resources that could be exposed to potential investors in the world through the media, Easter Radio reported.
He called on the journalists to report more on development activities at all sectors.
Mr Jomo acknowledged the role the media played in disseminating educative information.
