Good News Radio in the Catholic Diocese of Rumbek joined its sister Bakhita Radio in mourning its News Editor who died in a car accident.
News department head Daniel Juma Maidodo said the station was shocked after hearing the news of the death of Simon Tongun Casmiro.
He said the station sends condolences to Bakhita Radio, the family and friends of the late editor Simon Tongun.
Mr Juma said any sad news affects all staff of radio stations of the Catholic Radio Network.
He said the sisterly Radios work together to bring service of saving lives of people in South Sudan.
Mr Juma is consoling Bakhita Radio that the family of the late journalist Simon Tongun that Good News Radio is with them in this sad moment.
Bakhita Radio news editor Simon Tongun Casmiro was knocked down by a military car on Monday and died on spot with two relatives – Joseph Legge and Juma Jospeh.
