Parliament to scrutinize cabinet before taking oath

The national parliament will cross check the newly appointed ministers and their deputies before they are sworn into office.
 
Speaker James Wani Igga formed eleven-member committee to examine the curriculum vitae and experiences of the new ministers and render their report to the house on Tuesday.
 
He instructed the head of the committee Abuk Ayik tasked to vet the new cabinet to leave no stone unturned to ensure that right people are sworn into office.
 
Ms Paite said her team was meeting to collect the curriculum vitaes of the new cabinet memebers.
 
She said the national parliament will kick out unqualified ministers and the president will appoint new ones.
 
President Salva Kiir on Sunday restructured government, reinstated ministries relieved and reappointed ministers and deputies.
