The President of the Republic issued a republican decree restructuring ministries.
Salva Kiir Mayardit on Sunday reinstituted ministries of Environment and Telecommunication.
The decree relieved and reappointed ministers and their deputies.
He appointed Rebecca Joshua Okwaci to Telecommunication ministry, Abdallah Deng to Environment and took Jemma Nunu Kumba from Land, Housing and Physical Planning to Dams and Electricity ministry.
President Kiir on Saturday issued a decree relieving Telar Ring from the Presidential Advisor to be only Justice Minister.
The ministries are now 19 with 20 ministers.
The vice-president and minister in the Office of the President are still to be appointed.
