Yei River County Information Inspector and Culture called on traditional leaders and the civil society organisations to formulate marriage regulations in the country.
Ephraim Jomo Michael said it was high time to put marriage policies in place to overcome family breakdown and marriages, Easter Radio reported.
He said marriage settings needs deliberations on the National Constitution review process.
The officer made the remarks after observing that many families broke down especially among the young generation.
