Bahr El Ghazal University administration denounced the transfer of its medical students to other universities saying the institution is capable of running the colleges with necessary money.
Vice-chancellor Timothy Tellar Dhol said the transfer of the Medical College students to other universities was a mistake of the higher education ministry, Voice of Hope reported.
He said he rejected the decision.
Veterinary College dean Adwong Kuc Jok advised the higher education ministry to consult in matters regarding scholarships abroad.
He said scholarships should be based on priorities because countries offering scholarships to South Sudan have their own interests.
Dr Kuc said the higher education ministry was not properly established and that it lacked experience staff.
Bahr El Ghazal University on Monday started registration for the new academic year for beginners and will resume lectures at the end of September.
