Eastern Equatoria State Legislative Assembly Speaker announced plans to reshuffle heads of specialized committees.
Emmanuel Ambrose Ocholimoi said the reshuffle was necessary because new members can contribute in the leadership of the assembly, Emmanuel Radio reported.The Speaker did not specify how many chairpersons are going to be affected by the move.
Mr Ocholimoi urged the current chairpersons not to be disappointed or annoyed if they are replaced.
He urged them to assist those appointed to head specialized committees.
State Governor Louis Lobong Lojore gave the speaker the green light to reshuffle the chairpersons.
The State Assembly has ten chairpersons of specialized committees.
