The head of the Episcopal Church of the Sudan or ECS cautioned South Sudanese against annoying God with all bad things they are doing against their fellow country men and women.

Archbishop Daniel Deng Bul called on the South Sudanese to work together to liberate the country from corruption and tribalism that disunite people.

He said God blessed South Sudanese by giving them independence in 2011 after two decades of war.

Archbishop Deng called on the South Sudanese to be faithful Christians, Muslims and African traditional believers, show responsibility and be matured enough to be accountable to God and to the country.

He said South Sudanese need to fight another war against misleading things in order to overcome them.

The ECS prelate advised South Sudanese to be patient and tolerate one another because the country had just come out of war.

Archbishop Deng was talking to CRN on Thursday.
