Yei Catholic Bishop Erkulano Lodu Tombe on Thursday told the laity and the catechists that it is faith that pushes them to continue working in the church, Radio Easter reported.Bishop Lodu encouraged priests, catechists and the laity to work together.
He stressed that the workshop was to sharpen what already existed to make all journey as family of God.
Diocesan Pastoral Coordinator Faustino Lumori Methodio thanked Solidarity Group for responding to the diocesan call and organize the workshop.
Christ the King parish head catechist Nathaniel Brown appreciated the workshop and promised to extend the training to the chapels.
The three days workshop at the Diocesan pastoral centre that ended on Thursday drew catechists and the laity from the various parishes in the diocese.
