Abbas Anur Daud said poor road conditions and long distance of transport will raise the prices of commodities following the on set of rainy season.

He said heavy rains and aerial attacks made transport slower and affected prices of goods in the markets.
Mr Anur warned that unless Khartoum government allowed humanitarian aid in the region prices will remain high.
The Secretary-General called on the traders and the community to increase local goods productivity.
