Seven South Sudanese have graduated with master degrees in public administration at Forthare University in South Africa after completing a two-year masters programme on public administration early this year.
Central Equatoria State Cabinet Affairs Minister, Oba Cecilia Tito who is one of the graduates, told the press at Juba International Airport after arrival on Monday that they graduated on May 8.She explained that the graduates include four men and three women with four from Central Equatoria, two from Jonglei and one from Western Equatoria States.
Ms Tito said they are ready to contribute especially by teaching and would try their best to improve services in their various government levels.
She said Africa Education Trust paid for their honours degree studies, national government paid for masters and Central Equatoria government facilitated their tickets.
The seven graduates expressed their readiness to help as teaching assistants in universities and other higher institutions of South Sudan.
Some graduates are registered to make their doctorates at the same university next year.
