The Catholic University of South Sudan is graduating the second batch of students from its campus in Juba.

Sixty students are receiving on Saturday Certificates of Completion on Economics and Business Administration.

Bishop Eduardo Hiiboro Kusala of Tombura-Yambio presides over the graduation ceremony at St Joseph’s Parish that starts with a Mass of Thanksgiving on Saturday morning.

The Vice-Chancellor of the Catholic University of South Sudan, Michael Schultheis, told CRN that the second graduation “represents a significant achievement.”

He said the students are submitting their papers to the Catholic University of East Africa to be awarded BAs on Economics and Business Administration.

Last year, 25 submitted their papers and 22 were graduated.

The Catholic University of South Sudan has 580 students on Economics and Business Administration and Education in Juba and 180 on Agriculture and Environment Studies in Wau.
