The education minister announced that the secondary examination concluded successfully on Tuesday and without malpractices.
Joseph Ukel Abango told the press in Juba on Thursday that the setting, printing, distribution and administration of the examination were done by experienced personnel, Bakhita Radio reported.He said the examination was a success though the process met with some challenges.
Mr Ukel explained that 93 teachers prepared the 31 exams, each subject had three different papers and they used English, Arabic and French.
He added that the teachers who set the exams came from the ten states and had two weeks of training.
Mr Ukel dispelled rumours that the examination papers were leaked and photocopied before the exams.
