Tonj Civil Hospital Midwife urged all the mothers to take care of their newly born babies.
Pana Riel said breastfeeding infants for the first six months was better than giving them solid food, Radio Don Bosco reported.She explained that the benefits of breastfeeding a baby for the first six months were numerous.
Mama Pana said giving any other food to a baby before six months can cause diarrhoea, vomiting and cough.
The midwife advised all the mothers and pregnant women to come to the hospital if they feel sick.
Mama Pana told expectant mothers to deliver at the hospital.
