MP Richard Mulla told CRN that President Salva Kiir Maryardit’s pardon to rebels fighting the country was a good political gesture. He added that pardon was not complete.
He said it should include first those under arrest and then the armed rebels who are still at large.
Dr Mulla underlined that leaving out the detained leaders and forgiving the armed rebels might not look like a genuine pardon.
