Sudanese antonov plane bombed villages in Blue Nile State killing three civilians.
SPLM-North Spokesman, Arnu Ngatulu Lodi, said an aircraft belonging to the Khartoum regime dropped 19 bombs targeting civilians last Friday.He stated that the bombed areas include Jerdan, Muffo, Mayak, Khor and Waddega.
Mr Lodi confirmed that two citizens from Jerdan and one from Muffo villages were killed.
He said Sudan Government continuous bombardment of the SPLM-North controlled areas will affect distribution of humanitarian aid to the population.
Mr Lodi added that the attacks will also prevent civilians from doing agricultural activities to secure food for their livelihood.
Aerial attacks in the SPLM-North controlled territories have been ongoing since June 2011, following the breakout of war over state election results.
