The Commissioner of Tonj South met with the payam chiefs to discuss the elections and reorganization of the regional court system.
The Executive Director of Tonj South County, Bol Lual Kuch, said he discussed with the chiefs the reorganization of the regional courts and taxes collection which was not done in the last two years, Radio Don Bosco reported.He added that the election of the assembly of the executive council will take place Thursday.
Mr Kuch explained that five chiefs will be elected to a Court in the payams and one will be the executive chief in that court.
He said the election of the chiefs will help settle cases in those specific areas without refereeing them to courts in other payams.
Mr Kuch urged people to be patient and do their work and avoid troubles.
