The Holy Family Parish in the Catholic Diocese of Wau marked a significant milestone as the English choirs celebrated the 8th anniversary of the establishment of the English Mass.
Sebila Sebit, the Chairperson of the English Choirs at Holy Family Parish, expressed her gratitude to the congregation and choir members for their contributions to this joyous occasion.
She acknowledged that every journey comes with its challenges, but as Christians, they are committed to overcoming them together, especially as they celebrate this important anniversary.
Fr. Joseph Philo Nguruwe, the mass celebrant, congratulated the English choirs on their achievement. He prayed for the choirs’ continued growth, both internally and externally, as they continue to praise the Lord.
The celebration took place on Sunday at Holy Family Parish in Wau, with the English choirs rejoicing in their 8th year of service through the English Mass.
