The Voice of Hope Radio has conducted a social community dialogue to discuss the need for peace at Kuajina Payam of Jur River County with the support of Norwegian People Aid.
Director of the Radio David Mareng Michael emphasizes on the importance of community social dialogue and civic education citing that, the radio is trying to engage with community and to live in a peaceful coexistence.
The dialogue at Kuajina is to understand the problems faced by the people through listening to them and finding a way how to solve or address those problems in a peaceful way.
He mentions that, in some communities, people will reach to extend of not talking to each other due to the problems that happen to them.
The director urges the community of kuajina to take social dialogue as a key way of solving their issues because through social dialogue everything will be solve accordingly.
Some of the community members appreciates the administration of Voice of Hope radio for helping them with the information on how to solve their problems through social dialogue.
They request the administration of Voice of Hope Radio to extend the distribution of radio to the community of Kuajina because some people are missing such information due to the lack of radios.
