She believes that education has no age limit and requests women in the state and South Sudan at large to continue with the learning process and assist their children in their education journey.
Cleto Rial emphasizes opportunities for scholarships that usually come to the state and encourages females to apply similarly to males to benefit and get quality education.
She calls on the people to stand for and support their daughters whenever there are such opportunities so that there will be equality in the number of boys and girls who are getting scholarships.
