The high court in Kator has scheduled 25th of September 2023 for final submission of the lawyers’ final findings of the murder of Sr. Veronika who was killed in Yei, 2016.
The prosecuting lawyer of the slain sister, Paulino Lado and his counterpart, Akot Maduok are both expected to submit their findings to the presiding judge at the Kator Court in Juba as directed by presiding high court Judges Nicholas Makuach Bol without involving so many people.
On Monday September 4th, a witness was cross-examined by the lawyers to help in the findings of the murder case of Sister Veronika Theresa Rackova as requested by Akot Maduok during the previous court session last month.
The final submission of the findings by the two lawyers is expected to pave the way for the court to issue its verdict.
