The Information Minister of Warrap State has confirmed that the security situation in Tonj North has returned to normalcy after the incident that led to loss of lives.
Minister Wol Mayom Bol said that the presence of national minister of General Education and Instruction Awut Deng Achuil with security teams stabilized the security in Pagol County of Tonj North.
He said that eight cattle out of twenty-four which were raided by unknown attackers were recovered and the security team is tracking the remaining cattle.
Wol stated that the incident took place during the weekend, which left people injured.
The State Information Minister, Mayom revealed that Warrap state governor Manheim Bol Malek directed the commissioner of Tonj South County to join hands with his counterpart Tonj North commissioner to stabilize the area.
Bol called for peaceful living in Warrap State and embarked on farming for a sustainable society.
