Lightning and thunder strikes on Tuesday afternoon struck Radio Emmanuel equipment according to the report by the management.
The incident happened at around 1:40 PM, when the station was on break as usual The generators were all shut down and the staff went out for lunch.
Among the affected appliances; these include the transmitter, on air mixture-Oxygen 3 types, and the Wireless Network system including the Lavato generator dashboard.
Currently the station is off air until the affected equipment is rectified by the technical experts.
However, it is not clear what part of the appliances is affected by lightning and thunder strikes.
