“A good leader should not allow his people to suffer otherwise he is a failure”, Fr. Germano Bernardo Baku, Vicar General of the Catholic Diocese of Wau tells the congregation.
He says a leader should be at the service of his people and be in position to know the fears and joys of his people, should know all challenges facing them, Voice of Hope Radio reported.
Fr. Germano mentions that the presence of a leader amidst his people is very essential for him to create good relation with them.
