The Catholic Bishop of Rumbek, Christian Carlassare, revealed that his dreams have come true.
He made the revelation over weekend during his visiting to NGap-Agok Chapel in St. Daniel Comboni Parish Marial Lou in Tonj North County in Warrap State.
Radio Good News quoted the Bishop saying the first time he come to Rumbek, he wanted to visit where the mission was based during the time of war and the first places are Marial Lou, Agang-rial, and Mapourdit because these were the places that I heard about during my studies and I wanted to be there personally and it happened today.
Bishop Carlassare thanks the Christians of Ngapagok chapel, local government officials, chiefs, youth and women for their warm welcome, urging the faithful to remain united.
He also added that he is not happy only because of building, but because of many people who are present.
The catholic prelate explains that Marial Lou Parish had been the hope and strength of the Catholic Diocese of Rumbek and encourages the faithful to continue with that spirit.
