Governor Emmanuel Adil Anthony on Tuesday in a document extended to Radio Easter, unveiled plans to rehabilitate Kajo-Keji County Civil Hospital.

The renovation is through quick impact projects geared towards effective service delivery to the local population.

The project is expected to commence in February as directives are already given to the county local authorities to submit the needed quotations to Ministries of Health, Finance and Economic Planning to start the project.

Governor Adil also paid an acquaintance visit to Healing Kadi Foundation Lijo where he inspected the facility.

He encouraged the working team of the Government’s sustained efforts towards security stabilization and sustainable development.

Kajo-Keji community leaders who accompanied Governor Adil planned to hold a prayer and fasting and symbolic cleaning exercise in all government institutions.

The cleansing prayer and fasting is quick ingredient to accelerate the return of those currently seeking refuge in the neighbouring Uganda.

They also called for government’s support for the success of the planned initiatives.

The governor and community leaders made these remarks during the stopover during cross-border peace and security engagements with authorities in Uganda.
