The crime officer in Traffic police is warning motorists and drivers against unnecessary driving in the town.

Second Lieutenant Adam Satiro says they have recorded about three accidents on New Year’s Eve.

“After the celebration of the new year 2022 we registered three accidents among the three accidents one was a bit worse. A child of three years broke her hand. That was a bad accident and the reason for the accident was due to over speeding. This is the reason to the accident, the child is in the hospital and she has improved”, he notes

Second Lieutenant Satiro appeals to the drivers to take care while driving in the town to avoid cases of accidents.

“If you are a driver for a car or motorcyclist you need to take care of yourself. If you encourage accidents to yourself it will bring for you and your family problems. Drivers take care! Don’t speed in the town because on the road there are people who are footing, there are bicycles and others therefore, as the driver you need to drive with care. We have entered into the New Year and I hope this year will be better than last year in accidents”, he appeals.
