Baptist says customers raised concerns of limited water supply, delay of water production, limited coverage and some individual personalities.

“Some of the challenges they faced was the limited water supply, they also talk about delay of water production and supplies, they also talk about the coverage that the Torit Urban Water is not cover the town and they also talk some personalities are arrogance, so we look at some of those and we say yes the company can move from that direction”, he admits.

“We are looking into solving almost all challenges, issues to do with coverage right now we have project at hand that is going to expand water supply all over the town in the form of kiosks construction and all population will be getting water, we also have a mode of supply using the trucks, the trucks can supply areas which the network is not reaching because we are going to cover a lot of almost the whole town by three modes one of the modes is truck supplies of water, we have kiosks and we have also domestic which are going to be connected into their houses”, the director says.
