“We need you to help these footballers to establish a fence in that playground so that they will also have a good a standard of a playground here in Eastern Equatoria and also I want to talk about youths here of Eastern Equatoria they don’t have really a base to get something, we the government cannot be able to make that one, we need you also to make support them for start-up things so that they will also able to stand by their feet and through your collaboration with me I think everything will be okay”, the minister pleads.

“What happen always government help youth through sports and other activities, so government is supposed to build the infrastructure and hand it over to the youth association and this is happening in all the country, of course we association we are not just leaving them like that, we give them policy, we give them any guardians, the rules of the games and strategy of how to develop football and we support them when they go higher but when the men are in the state level it is a responsibility of state government. The infrastructure is critical, there are small areas which are not state they have fence theirs and organized  and this is through the government and through the private sectors because the son of the area are supposed to help the youths”, he points out.
