All health facilities are not functional and if a person is sick is either rush on bicycle and those deep in the bushes relay on local herbs for treatment. So it is a critical condition no single primary school operating, yet we have a lot of children and because of the roads people are cut off”, Commissioner Khamis lamented

“I was really alarm by the situation; we call on all the humanitarian and developmental partners to come to an urgent support so that we can together as people Local Government see what we can do on much needed services by the people of Mukaya Payam. And that also all the political leaders of Lainya County who are serving at different levels of Government in South Sudan enjoying peaceful life that it is not fair to see the people we represent are living in dire critical conditions. Let us come on the ground to see the condition and report appropriately to different levels of government so there is total political neglect”, he appealed.
