The Catholic Bishop of Yei Erkolano Lodu Tombe said more attention is given to COVID-19 and less concentration is given to other killer diseases like malaria.
Radio Easter quoted him telling Christians at Christ the King Cathedral on Sunday that while “we take care of ourselves due COVID-19 let us not forget other sickness that are there”.

Bishop Lodu advises people to take care of themselves when there are signs and symptoms in families and communities like heat in bodies which might be malaria.

He appealed for unity in times of difficulties like in bad security situation and times of such sicknesses.
The Bishop pleaded that “let us be in one boat, the boat of the world, can only be bound by us with the spirit of strength when we are together”.
