Salesians Sisters of Don Bosco celebrate St. Maria Dominica feast

The congregation of the Salesians Sisters of Don Bosco in the Catholic Archdiocese of Juba on Thursday marked the feast of their patron St. Maria Dominica Mozzarella.

Speaking during the celebration, Sister Lourdes says Mozzarella was one of the hardworking sisters of the time.

She adds as the Salesians Sisters, they desire to follow the footsteps of their role model, Mozzarella.

Meanwhile, Margaret Zachariah, a teacher at Mozzarella women promotion center appreciates the Salesians Sisters for the tireless efforts in serving the community.

The Congregation of the Salesians Sisters of Don Bosco was founded in 1872 in Italy dedicated to similar work among girls.
