Priest cautions faithful against taking Holy Communion before confession

A priest of the Catholic Archdiocese of Juba called the faithful to clean themselves through confessions before taking the Holy Communion.

Fr. Gabriel Asida, while preaching at St. Joseph Parish says God delights in sharing love with hearts and souls of those believers who diligently repent their sins, Radio Bakhita report.

He adds that those who repent against sins are well assured that God takes charge of their bodies and souls for His glory to shine upon them.

Fr. Asida challenges families that never received matrimony to immediately seek the sacrament of marriage.

The Catholic leader was giving his homily to the congregation during the fourth Sunday of the Easter season.
