A Catholic parish priest of Saint Theresa of the child Jesus Isohe Fr Peter Ben Louis calls on Christians to open their hearts to God to deepen the understanding of the Gospel and deepen faith
Father Ben Louis advices faithful to continuously be close with God despite the situation of war the country is facing
He says with God all things are possible
//The offer of today’s reading do not come any better in this life of world where we are all living in a situation of war the situation of destruction the situation of diseases cattle raiding land crabbing revenge killing domestic violence and so on but with the Lord everything is possible so let us therefore my brothers and sisters open our hearts to God grace so he through his word continue to deepen our understanding of the Gospel to deepen our faith//
Fr Ben says Christians need total happiness despite hunger situation in the world and says Christians should always rely in God because God is the giver of life
He urges believers to trust on the lord for with God everything is possible
//hunger in our world today my dear brothers and sisters is so too real and painful but there are other hungers too hunger for peace security hunger for health and comfort and difficulties and perhaps the strongest and deeps of all is hunger for happiness so what is remain then and this is exactly the question the second reading is talking about to the letter of Saint Paul to the roman who can separate us from the love of God so to believe and trust that the lord is obsoletely to be rely on and the way forward so let us not be afraid my brothers and sisters with Christ with God everything will be okay//
