Security agents have arrested one culprit, who killed his own elder brother after too much of alcohol consumption, confirmed Colonel Joseph Mayiei Aru, Director of Police Criminal Investigation Department in the defunct Tonj State.
He said the incident happened on July 25 in Babchok.
Colonel Mayiei explained that the deceased identify was Ngau Dudu fought with his brother until the younger one defeated him.
The director disclosed that the culprit is in the police custody and will be transferred to prison to face the law later.
He urged the relatives of the deceased to remain calm to allow police to follow the case.
Meanwhile, Mandondo Manyuol, wife of the deceased, explained how the incidence happened.
