Lack of employment forces youth to involve in criminal activities in South Sudan

Regular callers of Radio Easter in Yei River County attribute the increase in crime rate among youths to unemployment in the country.
 
They say many young people are involved in crimes and drug abuse because of idleness.
 
John Juma expresses disappointment over lack of youth’s representation in the recent appointment of governors.
 
He says women are complaining about their 35% and young people should also be given their rights.
 
Another caller Rose appeals to the government to consider youths by providing employment opportunity because some of them are university graduate. 
 
She adds lack of employment forces many youth to involve in bad behaviours like over consumptions of alcohol.
 
Other callers accuse the government and other organization for practicing nepotism and tribalism.
 
They say the corrupt system of employment forces many to remain unemployed.
