Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Yei Erkolano Lodu Tombe advised people of Yei to remain patient and take care of themselves from COVID-19, by following the preventative measures.

He regretted that people’s lives are becoming more difficult as COVID-19 cases are still increasing, Radio Easter reported

Bishop Lodu asked Christians to pray for the government and the whole country.

The Catholic Prelate added that people are crying for the appointment of county commissioners when the state cabinet is not yet formed.

He appealed for prayers to the leaders of the country so that they are conscious of the need of the people and hurry up to lead the nation to the best of their abilities.

Bishop Lodu was preaching through Radio Easter on Sunday at Christ the King Cathedral in Yei.
