As malaria cases keep increasing on daily basis, a nurse at Tonj Civil Hospital is calling on the entire community to observe the preventive measures against the disease.
Angelo Agany says people need to prevent themselves from getting malaria through cleaning tall grass outside and around homes, because this is the breading season for mosquitoes.
Agany cautions everybody against stagnant water which is another breading place for mosquitoes.
She says it is very easy to protect one from malaria through sleeping under mosquito net.
The nurse spoke to Don Bosco Radio on Thursday in Tonj.
