Vice President James Wani Igga called on new governor of Central Equatoria State Emmanuel Adil Anthony to wage war against rape and land grabbing.
He explained that issues of rape and land grabbing have been on raise due to lack of leadership after nullification of the 32 states, Bakhita Radio reported.
Vice President Igga advised Governor Adil to convene a peace conference with all community representatives in Central Equatoria to unite the people of the state.
He said the main agenda of the meeting should be on ways to resolve issues of tribalism in Central Equatoria State.
Vice President spoke in Juba during the welcoming ceremony of governor Emmanuel Adil on Wednesday.
