The team leader demands for service delivery including rehabilitation of roads improving health sectors and schools for citizens to enjoy fundamental human rights.
Meanwhile Luate Justin encourages the governors to deliver basic services to citizens.
He urges the appointed governors to consult and work together with the people they are representing.
Justin calls for immediate appointment of county commissioners to reduce insecurity in the counties.
