Rumbek Civic Engagement Center on Monday brought together artists of greater Lakes state for ana Junubi musical and dances.
Speaking to Good News Radio, Advocacy and communication officer Daniel Laat Kon said artists can preach peace to the people at the grassroots through songs and dances.
He urged listeners and music lovers to listen to songs that promote peace and unity in the community.
Meanwhile Artists’ representative Chilly Boy said their role in peace building is to spread peace messages through songs.
The speakers made their remarks to Good News Radio at Civic Engagement Center in Rumbek.
