University of Bhar El Ghazal students from music and comedy club launches COVID-19 awareness campaign to residential areas around the university.
Executive director of Music and Comedy club Dani Deng says the campaign is their contribution as youth in the fight against COVID-19 in the state.
Representative from the administration Abdalla Ramadan Nasir appreciates the students for their support in combating the pandemic despite the numerous challenges they face.
A representative from Ministry of Health Rita Louis Akuar appreciates the students’ effort to fight the pandemic.
She urges them to use simple or local languages to enable community members to understand the messages.
The speakers made the remarks to Voice of Hope Radio during the launch of COVID-19 awareness at the university premises in Wau.
