The Community Empowerment for Progress Organization or CEPO regional office in Western Bhar El Ghazal state calls on government to implement the child’s right act of 2008.
Regional coordinator Stephen Robo Musa mentions ‘the Day of Africa Child’ came as a result of children demanding for their rights in South Africa.
He urges state government to implement the child act of 2008 when there is violation of children rights.
The regional coordinator encourages parents to take care of their children’s welfare during this time of peace because the crisis has affected children badly.
Musa appeals to parents and guardians to discipline children and bring them up in a good way as future leaders.
The official made the remark to Voice of Hope Radio at CEPO premises in Wau.
