Police spokesperson Captain Elijah Mabor Makuac confirmed that one person was killed and nine others were injured including executive chief in Panwac Village of Rumbek East County on Sunday.
According to Captain Mabor, youth allegedly launched revenge attack on neighbouring community of Panwac afternoon, Good News Radio reported.
He says people who sustained injuries and serious wounds are taking treatment at Rumbek State Hospital.
The police officer advised young people to avoid taking laws into their hands resulting to lose of lives.
