The Executive Director of the Defunct Marial-Lou County Mario Akot said unknown gunman attacked and killed a certain woman in Wun-Ameeth village in Warrap State.
He said the woman died when people were almost to rescue her.
Akot said two men were also killed by gunmen who were going to defunct Akop County.
They found the deceased sleeping at their cattle camp and shot them to death.
Some youth allegedly from Luacjang went to village called Mayen-rual and looted cattle from there, but were caught and the cattle were returned to the owners, the director explained.
Akot appealed to the government of Tonj to calm the situation by giving back the looted cattle to their owners.
He said the state government should control all acts of killing and looting cattle.
The Executive Director talked to Don Bosco Radio on Thursday in Tonj.
