Flowing of remains of media legend Edward Terso to Juba adjourned to Thursday

The flow of remains of late Secretary General of the Union of Journalists or UJOSS, Edward Lodu Terso Loku to Juba is adjourned to Thursday.
 
The late media star, mentor, teacher and liberator passed away in Khartoum, Sudan on Friday, May 22.
 
A family representative says the postponement is due to flight company arrangements to Juba.
 
He adds as the funeral is taking place in Hai Thoura; they are building his final resting place in Munuki residential.
 
The late Lodu Terso studied his journalism profession in Zambia School of Journalism and graduated with diploma in 1994.
 
He started practicing journalism first in Radio Juba what is now call SSBC, radio sector.
 
Late Lodu Terso after graduation also exercised his journalism career in Khartoum, Sudan as freelancer and a correspondent of different news agencies in and outside Sudan. 
 
The late veteran journalist and other South Sudanese colleagues later joined Khartoum Monitor Newspaper under the administration of late Alfred Taban and became a popular journalist through his column ‘I Just Cannot Understand’.
 
He later moved to Juba in 2004 joined Southern Sudan Radio, now SSBC as director of English News department.
 
The late veteran journalist with some of his colleagues in Juba established the Union of Journalists or UJOSS which gave birth to Association for Media Development in South Sudan or AMDISS.
 
The late Edward also established his own organization known as Multi Media Training Centre in 2008 and Daily Mentor Newspaper.
 
He was later elected as UJOSS General-Secretary in 2013 where he served up to the time of his departure from this earth.
 
Veteran journalist, Edward Lodu Terso, became sick in July 2019 after diagnosed with abdominal complications in Freedom Hospital in Juba, and was referred to Fidel Hospital in Khartoum in November 2019.
 
He was put under doctor’s supervision until he passed on.
