Director General in the Ministry of Education in defunct Tonj state says his ministry did not receive any official document from the national ministry regarding the radio learning program.
Speaking to Donbosco radio, Manyang Atak stresses they were surprised about the program because the states were not involved in the planning process of the radio learning programs.
He appeals to the national ministry to send copies of the programs to state ministries in order to widen coverage of the program.
The Director General urges candidates to continue reading despite the fact that schools are closed.
Director Atak mentions that most of the areas are out of coverage and many learners are unable to benefit from the project.
The official was speaking to Don Bosco Radio on Tuesday in Tonj.
