The Secretary-General of Catholic Diocese of Yei on Sunday told Christians to pray for priests and religious leaders.
Fr Emmanuel Lodongo Sebit explained Christians should pray for all vocations like marriage and family lives, Radio Easter reported.
He urged believers to dedicate prayers for the different talents God has given them such as priests, teachers, doctors and nurses delivering services.
The Secretary-General added the mandate given to the parishioners by God through baptism is to preach his word.
Fr. Lodongo noted that the faithful are always reminded to put their heart, mind, trust and confidence in God.
