People of Tonj reject radio learning program introduced by the national ministry of general education following clossure of schools to prevent the spread of covid-19.

Chol chan one of the regular callers who also calls himself as (Chol Migration) stresses that the decision will not favor South Sudanese generally since some places are out of coverage.

Chan appeals to government not to misuse donations but to provide community with proper care during this hard time of coronavirus.

He calls on government to provide defunct states with testing kids to ensure they are free from virus.

On the other side Deng Athian in his statement says teaching methodology will not give a room for all learners to understand the subject.

Athian calls on the government to atleast provide both students and pupils with enough time to stay at home if the ruling body fails to prevent the spread of virus.

He adds that another way that they should do is to introduce fix number of learners in classes considering social distancing and follow other preventive measures given by the national ministry of health and world health organization.

The speakers made the remark on Thursday to Don Bosco Radio in Tonj during morning breakfast show.
